This study examines the effect of Indonesia Great Children’s Exercise (Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat/SAIH) on the kinesthetic intelligence of early childhood students at TK Mardi Putra 2 Tegalombo, Pacitan. Kinesthetic intelligence refers to a child’s ability to coordinate body movements, maintain balance, control physical actions, and use the body effectively in learning and daily activities. As one of the important domains of child development, kinesthetic intelligence can be enhanced through structured and enjoyable physical activities.
Using a pretest–posttest approach, the study measured changes in children’s kinesthetic abilities before and after participating in the exercise program. The findings revealed a significant increase in the mean score of kinesthetic intelligence, from 68.13 in the pretest to 85.27 in the posttest, indicating an improvement of 25.16%. These results suggest that regular participation in Indonesia Great Children’s Exercise provides effective stimulation for the development of motor coordination, balance, agility, and body control among young children.
The study concludes that Indonesia Great Children’s Exercise is an effective educational activity for promoting kinesthetic development in early childhood. Its integration into daily learning routines can support holistic child development by fostering physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth, while creating an engaging and active learning environment.
