Abstrak

Kinesthetic intelligence is an essential aspect of early childhood development because it supports physical growth, learning readiness, and the ability to control body movements effectively. However, the increasing use of digital devices in children's daily lives has reduced opportunities for physical activity, which may hinder motor development. One effort to address this issue is the implementation of the Indonesia Great Children’s Exercise (Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat/SAIH), a physical activity program that integrates movement, rhythm, fitness, and character development. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the Indonesia Great Children’s Exercise in developing the kinesthetic intelligence of early childhood learners at TK Mardhotilah Singosari Boyolali

This study employed a quantitative approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 30 children from Group B, selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected through structured observations covering coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and movement accuracy. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test to determine differences between pretest and posttest scores.

The results showed that the mean kinesthetic intelligence score increased from 68.13 in the pretest to 85.27 in the posttest. Statistical analysis revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant improvement following the implementation of the Indonesia Great Children’s Exercise program. These findings demonstrate that the Indonesia Great Children’s Exercise is effective in developing kinesthetic intelligence among early childhood learners. Therefore, regularly implemented, structured, and enjoyable exercise programs can serve as an effective learning strategy to support motor development and optimize children's potential in early childhood education settings
